Perks Disabled
Selected Artifacts Offline
The Speedy perk on the Winged Leather Shoes and the Electrified Perk and Magnify on Boltcaster have been temporarily disabled due to issues with the perks. In other news, Influence Races have been reverted back to 4 time slots per day.
Boltcaster Elemental Damage in PVP
The issue with Boltcaster seems to be that PVP damage reduction for ranged weapons ignores elemental damage. When a weapon is fully elementally converted and that damage reduction is meant to be 14%, players notice the difference.
Plenty of OPR enjoyers will be happy about this temporary reprieve while AGS investigate fixing the issue. However, it seems pretty harsh to pretty much completely disable an artifact weapon (given the Magnify perk won’t be working either) and I hope they are able to come up with a fix soon.
Not so Speedy Winged Leather Shoes
I haven’t had a chance to use these and hadn’t heard of any issue apart from people finding the increased speed duration underwhelming, but I did dig up a couple of comments on r/newworldgame that may (or may not) shed some light.

Winged Leather Shoes Speedy Perk Temporarily Disabled

Boltcaster Electrified Perk Temporarily Disabled
The “Electrified” perk for Boltcaster will be temporarily disabled due to an issue with Elemental damage conversion. This in turn will also temporarily disable the Magnify attribute on Boltcaster. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Change to 4 Influence Races Time Slots per Day
A change has been made to revert back to 4 Influence Race time slots per day. We were conducting an experiment to see if 2 Influence Race time slots per day would improve the performance around Influence Races, but did not see desired impact with this change and will be reverting it.
