The Ennead is a bit of a maze and there are many different ways you can go and still reach your final destination. The fastest way is to take the first left in the passageway after the first room, kill all the beetles, then hug
It’s the last of the weekly mutations and quite fitting that all three expeditions are among the most prolific, according to my most used tags list. As of tonight’s patch, mutations go into daily rotation, as promised in the QoL Roadmap.
Good news for people
There’s a competition for the highest M3 score on Valhalla this week, so if you’re a mutations expert, you might want to region transfer over there and get involved. You’ll have to use your skills to pick the best expedition to run, The Depths has
Some nice synergy this week with both Forge and Ennead sharing native Fire damage with the mutation. Ennead might be a good choice for running M3, while anyone who doesn’t have Inferno yet, like our alts, should pop into Empyrean Forge and pick it up…

Some nice synergy with the fire
We’re going back to our roots this week with all the Ancient expeditions in play. There is some nice synergy with Glacial Tarn and the Ice mutation, so that’s probably a good one to pick if you want to build up some M3 skills.

We’re up against the Ancients and Corrupted this week. The best synergy comes from Dynasty, with the Void mutation aligning to the native elemental damage type. And if you’re on El Dorado, you might get to play with Katy if you venture into random mutations…
As the weather heats up in the Southern Hemisphere, so, too, do the expeditions with this week’s Hellfire mutation. Time to don some rubies and venture in to pick up your artifacts, if you’re interested…
