Eggs-citing Defence!
Save the Sandwurm! Despite containing a terrifying creature that spews acid and can destroy us with a single bite, Brimstone Sandwurm Eggs are rare and precious. We have the opportunity to protect these eggs from vicious attacks by Sulfur Elementals. But don’t imagine you have to do this out of the goodness of your heart, there are rewards for successfully defending even one egg.

How to find the Siege of Sulfur
Siege of Sulfur locations will pop up on your map in Brightwood, Ebonscale Reach, Mourningdale, and Brimstone Sands.
Look for the pink and yellow icon with three eggs on it, or keep an eye out for a raid group forming in Recruitment chat – “x Event” or “x Sulfur”.
Fighting the Sulfur
Damage type: Nature/Strike/Slash
You’ll need 10 players to start the Siege of Sulfur, so it’s not going to be one of those events that a single player can challenge themselves with trying to solo. Once started, you’ll need to defeat the following enemies:
- Wave 1/6: 10 Sulfur Elementals
- Wave 2/6: 12 Sulfur Elementals
- Wave 3/6: 13 Sulfur Elementals
- Wave 4/6: 13 Sulfur Elementals
- Wave 5/6: 18 Sulfur Elementals
- Wave 6/6: 18 Sulfur Elementals
- 3 Sulfur Giants – Wrath of Sulfur, Rage of Sulfur, Strength of Sulfur
- Remnant of the Unmaker
During the trash mobs waves, watch out for the Sulfur Menace with their big swords. Your goal is not only to kill the enemies but also to defend the three Dormant Royal Eggs. If any eggs die, your rewards are reduced and if all eggs die, the encounter fails.
The Rewards
Unlike other recent Events, the standard rewards you receive from the Siege of Sulfur have no limit. This is great, as it means players have an incentive to continue to help others complete the event. Each time you do the event you will receive:
- 1-2 700GS random item (not upgradeable)
- Refining reagents (Obsidian Flux, etc)
- Attribute craft mods (Iron Guardsman’s Insignia, etc)
- Wooden Coin
- Infused Health, Regen, Mana potions
- Obsidian gypsum (up to normal daily limit)
The rewards are slightly better the more eggs you successfully defend.
Daily Bonus
In addition to the standard rewards, you can earn three daily bonus Siege of Sulfur Spoils per day. This contains:
- One 700GS weapon with Enchanted and a gem slot, damage-scaling attribute and 1-2 random perks.
- One 700GS armor with Health and Chitin in the gem slot, random attribute and 1-2 random perks.
- 100 Dark Matter
- 710GS legendary Named item – not upgradeable (30% chance)
- Sandwurm Egg of the Protector housing item (25% chance)
- Mini Shah Neshen Helm Skin (2% chance)
