State of Aeternum, April 09 2023
It’s been an interesting week in Aeternum, with the release of Season 1 interrupting all areas of gameplay. These weekend maps don’t quite reflect the impact Times Change has had recently, with Salty Seaman being completely wiped off at one point, only to reclaim their stronghold of Ebonscale Reach soon after. World Bandits remain a significant power and, combined with Communits, have Syndicate returning to dominate over the land.
Many crafting stations were downgraded during the Season 1 release delay, however with new incentives for players to participate in both town boards and invasions, we can expect to see these return to high levels in the future. Poor First Light has been neglected all the way down to Town status, as well as missing out on getting a fresh new name like the rest of the settlements.
