All about Matrices
Introduced in Season 3, along with the Rise of the Angry Earth expansion, Matrices are key components for creating end-game gear.
What they are used for
Matrices are used for upgrading Artifacts and Named Items, and were recently added as components in 700GS Golden Scarab crafts instead of Chromatic Seals.
Armor Matrix for Armor or Bags.
Weapon Matrix for Weapons (including Shields) or Tools.
Jewelry Matrix for Jewelry.
How are they made?
There are three kinds of Matrix: Armor, Weapon, and Jewelry. You need two components to make each one, and each component requires mastery of a different craft skill. There are two ways to make Armor and Weapon Matrix and only one way to make Jewelry Matrix.
